Bill Of Rights And Charters

Creating a Bill of Rights and/or a Service User Charter Mark are good ways to make sure that service users know what to expect from services and from your service user engagement programme.

You can also use a Service User Charter Mark to show when something has been developed in conjunction with service users – for example, showing that a council leaflet has been written and designed in consultation with them.

A case study of Liverpool City Council's Support Charter can be found here.
